Would love to make Shirts for Magic Cruise

Hi, I'm wanting to make shirts for an upcoming cruise. I'd like to find the life preserver with Mickey ears. I would like for it to say Disney Magic on the top and then I plan to put in each name and 2013 in the center. It will be for 6 people. If someone could help me find this life preserver it would be greatly appreciated. About all I can do is use MS Word or I also have Publisher to add text. Thank you for everyone's help!

many DISigners do an image like you are looking for...many people, however, will ask for the names since they do not post blanks

The names are : Gina, Richard, Michael, Christa, Al, Anita
I also wanted to put
Cozumel
Grand Caymen on the bottom curvature.

How do you add the words to the art? That seems to be my biggest problem. I was hoping to make t-shirts that said "My First Disney Cruise" with the year 2013 on it with Mickey Mouse and the Magic somewhere on it. Can you help me with a logo design for the shirt design?

I'm not a disigner but I'm just using Publisher. Just using Word Art and adding text. Or insert a text box and insert the text as well.
