Would LOVE some planning help with FP+ for a friend visiting for one day!

Hey all!!

One of my friends is going to be in Orlando this tuesday 18th Feb! Him and his Dad have park hopper tickets for one day and really want to hit Epcot in the AM and MK in the PM.

Epcot hours 9am-9pm (EMH in the AM).
MK hours 8am-1am.

With the whole FP+ issue I don't really know what to suggest their plan is as to what to hit first, what to FP+ and when?!
