I'm a week from FP selection and am trying to finalize what I want for each MK day.
I would love feedback if what I plan seems possible.

Details: Planning my MK days for 5/1 and 5/3 - They are both not EMH days and crowds overall are predicted to be medium (though I know that doesn't necessarily mean anything). Also to note we are NOT rope droppers, but we are the kind of people who close a park down. At this time MK is scheduled to close at 9pm both days, but last year it closed at 10pm, so I have my fingers crossed! Our last 2 trips we were able to get to the parks no later than 10 am, I think we'll be on a similar timeline this time.

People involved: Myself and DH, DS8 and DD5, and my parents (both 70 but a YOUNG 70 and they love rides!)

So this is my ideal plan:

1st MK Day:

FP+ for PP (10-11am window)
Mickey's Philharmagic stand by
FP+ 7DMT (11-Noon window)
Winnie the Pooh or Under the Sea standy
ETWB (Noon- 1pm window) At this point I will try for a 4th FP+ for later in the day (am hoping for HM or a princess M&G)
ADR@ BOG for 1:05- 2pm (I plan to have everyone pre-order)
Meet Ariel or Ride Dumbo

Around 3pm we plan to head back to the hotel to swim and eat dinner, then we plan to head back to MK by 6-6:30pm
Use our 4th FP+ and then check the app to see which rides are looking good for waits, maybe try for the things we couldn't do earlier (see earlier standby options)

2nd MK Day:

FP+ for BTMRR (10-11am window)
FP+ for Splash (11 am - noon window)
Pirates or JC standby (maybe both if possible)
LUNCH (I am thinking Cosmic Rays based on the tastes of our party and also because I want to head over to TL)
FP+ for Space (1pm-2pm window) DD5 won't be tall enough so I may try to do the Astro Orbiter or Tea Cups while waiting) (try for 4th FP+ for later in the evening, maybe another princess M&G or something we couldn't do earlier)
People Mover and/or Buzz stand by

And same as before, head back to hotel around 3 with an Est return time to MK at 6-6:30

There is a possibility of a 3rd MK day, but I have that reserved for EPCOT. I'm going to poll the family after our first EPCOT day to see if we need to go back for anything.

Thank you in advance!! These boards are so extremely helpful and knowledgeable.

I'd plan your standby rides to be first, before you start using your FP. The lines will be shorter.

So, Pooh, then PP, then 7DMT, then Philharmagic. Pooh might already have a decent wait by 10:00, so LM might be a better option there.

And I'd do JC first, which also makes sense from a walking perspective, PotC if time, then BTMRR at the end of the window, and then Splash.

I'd also try to leave for your break closer to 2:30, which should work fine with your plans if you can get a 4th for the attraction you plan to do right before you leave.

As mentioned above, try using the 10-11 AM FP+ towards the end of the window (still make sure to make it in time though!). A standby line more towards 10:00 will very likely be much shorter than one towards 11:00. Also mentioned above, make sure to try for 5th FP+, 6th, etc. You said you would do Buzz standby, but from my experience, at night you can get Buzz FP+ for right away when the standby line is 50 minutes and you can ride over and over again. You can also use the Splash FP+ closer to 12, because you’ll be more hot and if you get wet when you’re really hot, the rest of your day will be more enjoyable.
