Hi All,
This will be our third visit to Disneyland, however we have never gone this time of year. We will be there the week of Halloween (Oct 29th thru Nov 4th) Our days in the park will look like this:

*our group is 4 adults, 4 kids ages 6,8,9,9, We are staying at the DLR and we are not AP holders

29 Monday Arrive
30 Tuesday- Park
31 Wednesday- 3/4 (?)pm entry for Halloween Party
1 Thursday- Park
2 Friday-Park
3 Saturday-Park
4 Sunday-Leave

I was wondering:
What should I be anticipating for crowd levels?
What are the hours typically for this time of year?
Is there any closures that typically may be taking place?
What will the Magic Mornings/Early Entry schedule be like?
Am I crazy for choosing Halloween night for the party??:rotfl:
Will we be able to see a fireworks show/parade during our Friday/Saturday visit to the park?
Anything else that would help me with planning would be greatly appreciated!
Thanks in advance!

They will be low except on the day of the Halloween Party. You can go into DL at 3pm and it will be a little busier and get busier as the afternoon goes on and be busy at the party. On Friday night it will be busy and so will Saturday.

What are the hours typically for this time of year?
Hours for may change but 10-8, and 9-11 and 8-11 with Friday and Saturday getting longer hours.

Is there any closures that typically may be taking place?
Small World will be closed. After Halloween day Space will close for a day or two. Maybe other rehabs that won't be known until the Fall.

What will the Magic Mornings/Early Entry schedule be like?
You will probably get Extra Magic Hours for staying on site. They may be every day and in DL on SSTT, and DCA on MWF. We really won't know until Fall.

All of the parties sell out or come close. The day of Halloween is no better or worse.

Will we be able to see a fireworks show/parade during our Friday/Saturday visit to the park?
No Fireworks. This weekend is typically black to install the Christmas show and will probably be this year too. Parades are daily. WoC may be daily. F! will probably run.
