Disney reservations has my household set to not receive mail, email or phone calls. We never had this put on our account, and it's become impossible to remove. I have been trying since January to get it taken off. The CM will remove it from my account, log out of the system and log back in to make sure it's off...and it is. When I call back the next day, it's back on my account. Has anyone else had this problem and how did you finally get it fixed?

I kow codes are sent out at random...but with this, we'll never have a chance. I didn't even know this was on my account until a CM made me aware of it. If you're not receiving your WDW communications, you may want to give them a call and make sure your household is set to receive mail and email.
 
Angela Kay, I've had the same thing happen to me with my email address! Each time I call, and they check my address, it is not correct. We correct it (we think!), the system then brings it up, but the next time I call, it has reverted to the old one...sooooo frustrating, especially when I think that I might be missing out on getting a code!! It seems hopeless to get things straightened out.
 
I called back and spoke with a CM who put me on hold and contacted GS's. She said they created a new household for me. I pray this works.
