Hello everyone. Our family is interested in renting a one bedroom studio villa - Our dates are: Jan. 8 -14, 2006.

We'd love to stay at Beach Club, however would also consider:
Animal Kingdom
Wilderness Lodge

Hi,
I couldn't tell from your post if you wanted a studio or a one bedroom for your stay. Both the Beach Club and Wilderness Lodge cost 12 points per night for a studio Sun thru Thurs nights. Friday and Saturday are 22 points per night. For the one bedroom the costs are 22 per night Sun-Thurs and 45 per night Fri and Sat. So, your total points required for Jan 8-14th would be 82 points for a studio and 155 points for a 1-bedroom. If you dropped the Friday night stay the cost is 60 points for a studio and 110 for a 1-bedroom.

We are out of our Beach Club points but do still have enough VWL to cover your stay. We'd have to book at VWL and then try and switch at the 7 month window - but can't guarantee there would still be availability at Beach Club. We ask $11 per point to take advantage of the 11 month booking window. You are early enough you can look around awhile and hopefully a Beach Club owner will come thru for you. Animal Kingdom Lodge would not be a good use of points since it isn't one of the DVC resorts. You would get a better deal just paying cash - check mousesavers.com for codes to save off rack rates.
