Would like to hear from those having experience with All Seasons Travel !

I would like to get some feed back from any of you that have experience with All Seasons Travel (allseastravel.com). I have seen this agency mentioned on this board several times, and I even had someone recommend checking them out in a previous post. I did call and got some quotes and so far they have had the best rates. Any personal experience dealing with this agency? A Disney cruise involves alot of money, so I want to be sure I am dealing with a good company before I do anything! Thanks for your help!
 
They are great! I used them this past Jan for a land and sea
trip. They had the best price, everything went great and they even sent a gift to our stateroom. Don't worry about using them
lots of people on this board reccomend them. You might also check with Dreams Unlimited , I have used them before also
with great results and they are supporting these boards, just check out their prices too.

You have absolutely nothing to worry about with All Seasons. They are a very reputable company and they have always answered any questions I have had promptly. I have talked to them quite a few times and they have always been very nice and helpful.
I would not hesitate to book with them again.

I just got back from the 7 night eastern. I booked through them and was completly satisfied!! I saw lots of their water paks on people and I'm assuming they also used them. Trust me, you won't be sorry. There price was far better than many others. I searched everywhere!! They handled any question I had.

Well, we are leaving in less than 3 weeks on the 7 day Eastern DCL cruise we booked through allseasons travel and so far i have been extremely pleased. Their prices were the best i found and every person i have dealt with has been wonderful. All of my questions have been answered quickly. Everyone seems to have a positive attitude, and they have been extremely accomodating. I am now hoping that everything goes as smoothly during the cruise as it has gone while planning the cruise ;)
 
We have booked 3 cruises through All Seasons & are also very pleased with the personal service we have received from them.

We are traveling again this year, on the same cruise as the owners, the Maida's (forgive spelling), who sail Disney frequently & host a couple cruises each year.

Last year they stayed in the Roy Disney suite & hosted mini meet & greets in their stateroom each night so their customers could tour the gorgeous suite!!

Thank you all! You have made me feel better! I spoke to Tom at All Seasons today. Is there any one agent better than the other or all they all pretty good?
 
We use DU so I haven't used their services personally. But I've met the owner, Chuck, twice onboard the Magic, and he is a great guy...very knowledgeable about DCL. We were onboard when he had the suite, so we got to visit during one of the meet & greets. It was amazing! I think you would be fine booking through Allseasons.

We booked with them for our May 15, 2004 Eastern. Only "problem" we had was we switched credit cards from the time we paid our deposit and when we paid the balance. They charged the credit card we used for the deposit instead of the new one. Called them when we noticed it on the invoice, was late in the evening when I called. They told me they would gather the information they had & call me the next day. They did call the next day explaining what had happened & switched the billing to the correct card.

Very simple mistake to make, I knew we should not have switched cards, & they were very prompt on getting it resolved.

I would definitly use them again and HIGHLY recommend them.

Now where are those darn documents :-) Waiting to do that document-dance!!!!!

Another happy All Seasons Travel customer here! We booked our August 2004 cruise in August 2003 and have been making payments each month with no problems or mistakes. I did happen to change which credit card to charge a couple of months ago (Got a Disney Visa and wanted to start accumulating those credits!) and have had no problems at all :) Each time you make a payment you get an email AND real mail with the new balance and showing each payment made to date. I referred my SIL & BIL to them and they've been pleased with the service, as well.
 
Only one drawback so far... They don't honor the Disney Visa $50 shipboard credit. However, you save so much more than $50 when booking with them that it doesn't really matter.
 
I have booked 2 Disney Cruises with them so far and plan on doing more. They are great!
 
I may be the odd man out. We used All Seasons because their price was more than $600 less than DCL or DU. But, other than the price, I so far am not impressed with their service.

I originally talked to Marcia. I e-mailed her questions and never heard back from her. One Sunday, I called and got Chuck (the owner?) and he offered a money saving suggestion about booking a one way car rental from port back to the airport instead of a Towncar service (which I appreciated). Or maybe he made the suggestion because the Towncar reservation was not made? Then I had to remind them to book the Radisson for the night before (their rate was $10 - $20 more than the internet rate at the Radisson). Chuck said I would get an e-mail confirmation once the reservation was made. I have not yet received an e-mail. Several weeks after that, I received a call from Andy and was asked about the Radisson reservation. I still do not have a confirmation.

Maybe I'm just hard to please. All Sesons did save us money (the most important thing to me). But I would not say that their service has been anything better than average.
 
We have used All Seasons for our last couple of Disney Cruises and have 3 cabins booked with them for our upcoming March 2005.
They DO know their stuff especially when it comes to Disney. If you encounter a problem with Disney or a mistake by Disney All Seasons are great to have in your corner. I have dealt with Chuck Maida, the owner as well as Sandie and they are first class.
Good luck and I am very cautious dealing with internet firms, but in this case you have nothing to worry about.

I totally agree, Chuck is great. We have booked two cruises through them and only had some small problem, which was promptly resolved.
 
We have three cabins booked with them for the May 8th Magic with All Seasons Travel and they have been great.

I called on a whim one time on a Saturday with a question - not realizing the 3 hour time difference - and Chuck the owner picked up the phone! We talked for over an hour about Disney and he was GREAT! Where else does the owner answer the phone, especially on a Saturday?

I have had a couple of questions in the 10 or so months between my reservation and cruise, and have always received a prompt answer.

I have also recommended them to friends with confidence. We saved over $1200 for the three cabins we booked over DCL direct.
 
Hi, we are from the U.K and have booked with Sandie at all seas travel.
All I can say is that they put our T.A.'S to shame.
We have had friendly helpfull service and the best price just to top it off.
Would definately use them , Sandie reply's swiftly to any questions that we have

Thanks to all of you for sharing your experience with All Seasons Travel. We will probably go with them. I have also been talking with Small World Vacations. We will see if they can do as well. Probably not.
