We would like to rent a studio at OKW Oct 30 - Nov 4 and a studio at HH Nov 6 - Nov 11. Will pay up to $11 per point. Normally when I rent it is 25% upon confirmed reservation (copy of reservation) and the remainder 30 days prior.
