Would June 3rd be a Value, Regular or Peak Day?

Hi all,
I have a friend who is trying to buy a day ticket for Monday June 3rd. The prices aren't available yet for it. I feel like it will be a value day since non-holiday Mondays are cheapest, but since it's June, would it be a peak day? Does anyone recall how day tickets were priced in early June? Thanks!

According to MP (https://www.mouseplanet.com/12114/Disneyland_Resort_Update_for_May_29__June_3_2018 -- scroll down to the Park Schedule/Blockout Dates section), ticket prices the first week of June were "regular."
