I think you are asking about yogurt. Never liked it and taste/texture seem like eating a container of sour cream. Even if it is supposed to be good for you I am not interested.
Depends on what kind it is. I admit I’m pretty picky when it comes to yogurt flavors. My favorite lately is the honey vanilla Greek yogurt from Aldi. I also add frozen blueberries to it.

Yoghurt is the British English spelling of yogurt in American English.
It is a very very similar product although US yogurts probably have more sugar in it
The annoying guy at work isn't even remotely British but insists on pronunciating yogurt as "yog-urt", and then telling us that it's the British way, which prompts us to roll our eyes. This from the guy whose emails are loaded with more typos than a chimpanzee ghost writer's manuscript.
