...their photo from Akershus?

I'm debating about taking my kids there in March, and I've heard they have a photo package there, and it's something I'd really like to do, and a lovely surprise for the kids (even DS, who likes princesses too, LOL)

I'm just curious to see how it looks, and what I'd be getting. If anyone would mind sharing theirs, I'd be grateful.

TIA!

I can't find mine right now...But it was a cute souvenier..It is your party with Belle.

I'm not sure if you wanted all of these pictures but here goes.

You get a picture with Belle in a special folder. This is a picture I took not the one they took but this is what it will look like. Belle is the first princess out and greets you in a special area where they take the photo.

If you have any other questions let me know. We were there in Dec 08.

The picture in my signature is from the actual photo package. I had it put in my PhotoPass account and embellished it there. :) While Belle is usually the Princess for the package, there have been occasions where it is a different Princess.

The package is included with your meal. You get one large photo which fits in the nice photo frame folder you get, and you also get four smaller prints.

We enjoy this character meal very much!

Mind if I ask a question in your question? It may be relavent to OP since you said kids - plural.

Do you have to have all the kids in your party in one picture or can you do it individually? I've never seen one with more than one guest and a princess but it says "per party" somewhere.

We were just there (first week of Dec) and I have one son (4) and a daughter (3).

I have the photo package for each of my children, posing with Belle, separately (at no charge whatsoever--it was simply all inclusive)

I didn't expect nor was I even thinking about separate packages at the time, so I didn't even think to be surprised. But now that I think on it, hrmmm...

....there might be a limit, or it was just a lucky day, or quiet time, or Akershus error...I don't know :confused3

This is actually from the description of CRT, but I have read that something similar applies to Akershus. Seems to apply to the entire size of your party. So if you get more that this I guess it must be :wizard: !

"(One photo package per party of 1-4;
two photo packages for parties of 5-8, etc.)"

I will post mine after I dig it out tomorrow. I really liked it. I was having a good hair day that day, as opposed to my CRT one which was a really bad hair day, lol.

Oh they're all adorable! Thanks so much for sharing those! I love them! I am totally making a reservation for this place!

Meanwhile, to the less important question, how's the food? LOL

The breakfast food was OK although I've heard lunch is more questionable from a peculiar choice point of view. They offer a cold breakfast buffet and then a hot plate of sausage, bacon and scrambled eggs. They will bring another hot plate after you finish the first if you desire but we had plenty from the buffet and the initial hot plate. The cold buffet had muffins, fresh fruit and salmon. I can't remember what else was there but trust me, as long as you can eat scrambled eggs, fruit and muffins you should be able to eat enough to warrant breakfast here. I think this was a great deal for cost as far as character dining goes.

All these photos are adorable.

My DD and I will be doing the breakfast next month and we can't wait! Of course DH and DS will not be joining us and will meet us later in the park, lol.
