Would any members be able to check DVC availability for me?

Hi all,

First off, apologies if this is either inappropriate or in the wrong forum - I wasn't sure where to ask this! I'm currently pricing up a September trip involving renting DVC points, and before I get too ahead of myself I was hoping that a DVC Member would be kind enough to check availability at a couple of resorts for me. I'd love to know if the following is available:...(snip)......(details removed).........As far as I can tell there is no way for a non DVC member to check, but if I am incorrect please let me know.

There is no way for a non member to check availability. That being said forum rules prohibit members from checking availability. Sorry.

No problem, I didn't realise it was against forum rules. I guess I'll enquire in one of the point rental threads on the DVC-Rent/Trade board. Thanks for your time though, its appreciated!

There are also rules for posting on the rent/trade boards. Just an FYI.

The OP can post her request in any open thread offering to rent points over on the Rent/Trade Forum.

OP, please keep in mind that what is open now may be gone in a few seconds and what is not open now may appear. Availability checks are just snapshots in time and changes often.

Suggest you be ready to book immediately if you are serious about renting points. First, second & third choices are a good idea. Good luck!

P.S. There have been some problems with rental transactions in which a poster was contacted via PM or email. Please be wary of anyone who contacts you about renting unless YOU initiated the contact.
