I wondered about this from the beginning. I don't want us to feel so out of place being a Non-couple, but do other people besides couples eat here?

I would like for my sister and I to have a nice meal alone :)

I don't think you would feel out of place at all. There were various groups of different sizes and make up at the brunch. Go for it, the food is absolutely wonderful.

SO many people go and eat at Palo. I think you and your sister will have a great time. Last year my parents and I ate there and it was stunning. You won't be out of place at all. Remember, from the second you board the ship you are "home" and you leave all of your worries behind and have a GREAT MAGICAL time!

Last cruise my husband and I did the brunch with my parents and also my sister! Did the dinner that way also!!!

You won't feel out of place at all. and it is AWESOME!!! Try the fish, the chocolate torte, the sweet pizza...I could go on and on.
