My family is planning a cruise next spring with a stop in Orlando. Is it crazy to book an excursion to visit Harry Potter during Easter Break? (April 15 to be exact) I would hate to spend all that money and not be able to enjoy it because of the crowd levels. Leaning towards not booking it, but just wondered if anyone has gone that time of year? I know it will be crowded, but is it not doable?

It's doable but it will be very expensive for a single day. There are no discounts on single day admissions so you might want to wait until you can spend more time there. Plus...HP2 at the Studios opens sometime next summer so you might want to wait until everything is open before visiting.

One day admissions arent discounted .It is doable but it is VERY busy.Unless you have plans to stay onsite for the night( going to be expensive ) or pay extra for Express passes ( again expensive-price goes up with the projected crowd levels) , i would choose another time to go.You can do it without the express passes, but it is going to be very busy and you may not enjoy it as much /or see as much as you would in a less busy time period

Kennedy Space Center is actually a good option for a cruise stop at PC. We did that a few years ago, and it worked very well.
