We are doing a cruise out of Port Canaveral and will be arriving on a Saturday and returning back home a the following Saturday.

How fast does stock turn over at the outlets? How much would we see different between visits a week apart?

Just so you are aware it will likely be a couple hour wait to even get in. There is a line usually an hour before opening which you have to do to get on the wait list. They will text you when it's your turn to enter. Reports are that average wait is 2 hours total. Also reports are that while inventory is nice the prices are not as deeply discounted anymore. I saw a $55 item was down to about $46 ... used to be you got at least half off.

I often went twice in a week. Just got back from a week trip and we didn't go at all.

I saw a similar report of CRAZY prices so we're not even going to stop in on our next trip.

I was at the one near Universal on the 4th, 30 mins wait. Following weekend, went to the one in Sunrise (near Fort Lauderdale) with no wait. Both had similar stuff, but a few new things added. No harm going a second time, just don't expect much change

I doubt it would change much in a week. We used to go all the time when you could just walk in. Then before covid we waited in a line to get in which was okay not too long. I thought there was less merchandise than in the past. Now that I hear the lines are two hours long we just stay away. It is better to just buy a few things at Disney Springs. You can get a Disney Visa and get 10% off over a $50 purchase.
