I forgot to say this. I think your lying about what happened to you lossing your big toe. If this was true it would have been on Orlandosentinal.com, the police & paramedics should have been called & the ride would have had to been stoped.

Basically what I am saying is, I think some of what you said is not true & your trying to get attention.

I just got back from a terrible trip and Disney should give me back my money and buy me some new clothes......
First off, I go that big mall and I buy me some Tommy Bahamas clothes to wear at the parks. Then I find out I have to sit on the floor at Playhouse. I just spent 400 on shirt and shorts, I don't want to sit on the floor. So then I go ride RnR and Tower. well I wanted to open my bottle of Pepsi that was in my bag that I had froze the night before to be cold and...Boom!!!! All over me and my new clothes. This is Disney's fault because they should not have let me ride with my backpack. and also they only give Coke, so I have no choice. So I go and use the handdryers to dry my wet clothes. Someone took my wallet when I laid it on the counter. It had my $6000 in it and Disney will not reimburse me for it. They should have provided better security and too, had it not been for them allowing my Pepsi to blow, none of this would have happened.

It gets worse.... I lost my big toe when my barefoot got caught under TTA. I dropped my cigar and jumped out to go get it. their should be a lap bar to hold you in. Also I thought I could smoke on the ride, because the front desk at the hotel said I could smoke in non smoking rooms.

I could not stand my room, there was a palmetto bug and the roof had a tile missing. also my hand towels were all tied together in a bundle on the bed. Not on the towel bars where they should be. What a mess.

My meals were horrible. I had to ask the CM's at Pecos Bill 3 times to get my drink refilled. Not once did they do it.

Horizons is closed. That is the one ride I came to WDW to ride. why would they close it down during peak season? that is bad customer service.

The list goes on and on , I bet you could find other complaints like mine.........

Actually, my mom really did almost rip her big toe off a couple of weeks ago. She had to get 11 stitches. It makes my foot hurt just thinking about it!!

Were all those Stitches able to put her toe back together? What about Lilo? Did your mom need her, as well?

You left out one additional aggregious offense on Disney's part. I bet that hand dryer you used to dry your clothes shrank your beautiful new Tommy Bahamas silk shirt, didn't it? And they still refused to pay for it? I am simply outraged on your behalf , and just may have to cancel my upcoming trip in sympathy.

And really, when you think about it, shouldn't Disney have people stationed everywhere to do your laundry for you? I mean, Disney service is clearly slipping. As evidenced by your inability to get a simple drink refill at Pecos Bill's. And that filthy, run-down room! Simply disgusting.

The more I think about it, the more I question my willingness to spend an average of $25/day per person on admission to the WDW parks. (10 day park hopper for around $250 = $25/day.) I mean, clearly that is highway robbery on Disney's part. Come on . . . hours upon hours of rides, attractions, music, live entertainment, fireworks, parades, live animals, beautiful landscaping . . . for $25/person/day? They have got to be kidding. Yep, I'm going elsewhere.

ps - I once heard a similarly outrageous story from a family who tried to get Disney to reimburse them for medical expenses related to the severe sunburn they received while at WDW. Incredibly, Disney refused their claim as well . . . some ludicrous reasoning about how the family should have used sunscreen. Can you imagine? As if Disney can't control the UV rays and sun intensity. Come on! How was the family supposed to know to apply sunscreen?
