Worst Restaurant in WDW

Alfredo's is the one restaurant we will never visit again. The food is only so-so and portions are very small. This is the only restaurant at WDW that we will never visit again.

Hollywood and Vine  It was the WORST meal ever!!! We will never eat there again. We weren't too impressed with Cindy's either, but that is another story.

The only bad meal we have had so far has been 1900 Park Fare Character Dinner. This was 2 years ago and it was just AWFUL! Other than that we have been lucky so far (keeping fingers crossed!) with our choices. As another poster mentioned, there are just too many great places to take a chance on a place that you have had bad food at before. Maybe the restaurant is great now but I'll never know! :D

Worst was BD- no food on the plate- 2nd worse Planet Hollywood loud expensive and so so food but we love Chef Mickeys, Columbia House & Mama melrose.

MickeysMommy--

I agree with you on the all-time champ. No contemporary Disney restaurant can match the majestic badness of the Odyssey. The food was comparable to a 70s-era toll road plaza restaurant, but the atmosphere lacked the same charm. I think Disney lets it sit empty now as a lesson for all its foodservice people.

I disliked the food at the Sci Fi even though the theme was cute and my personal least favorite is the 50's Primetime Cafe. I also dislike the food at Chef Mickey's but it sure is fun there.

I agree with the other posters so far about Tony's. The food was mediocre at best, and the price for that spaghetti was most unreasonable, even for WDW!

Worst food...Alfredo's

Worst service...Planet Hollywood in DTD...My 2 year old could have run the place better.

Also disappointing...House of Blues in DTD...mediocre food & we found a rock in my wife's Red Beans & Rice.

The consistently worse meals we have had is at Alfredo's. I can't believe the cooks are from Italy. Jarrred pasta sauce at the market is way better than their sauce. I would rate this restaurant a D for disgusting! I have eaten there 3x in an effort to be fair. No more for me.

HHD food was awful when we tried it 6 years ago...heatburn city although I am going to give it another try this March.

Sci Fi.... We enjoyed the atmosphere but the hamburgers etc were so awful we felt sick later and missed dinner at the Flying Fish....noooooooo!!!!!!

Fultons....I wouldn't order lobster again. They cook it with some type of garlic seasoning.....ruined a perfectly nice Maine lobster. The people across from us ordered it too and had the same reaction. Was very expensive but would have been worth it if it was cooked properly or if the waitress had warned us.:bounce: :Pinkbounc :bounce:

I have eaten at Alfredo's four times and have always liked the atmosphere/service but the food was never up to par!

I guess I am silly for trying it so many times but I just thought I would eventually have a good experience....never again!!

For us the Rainforest Cafe at AK was the worst. We waited an hour to get a table and then sat there for another hour and half to two hours for food. They said they had dropped our order on the floor and had to remake it. We had only ordered pizzas which don't take that long to cook. :( (not to mention the restaurant was empty! what was taking so long?)

Once we did finally get the food it tasted terrible. Then waiting on the check for another 20 mins.

I will never go here again- I don't have the time to waste and the food is not worth it.

Another vote for Tony's! I don't know if I thought it would be a cute little Italian restaurant or what, but the atmosphere was yuck and the food was so bland!!! I will never waste a good meal there again!

This is going to sound bad, but the restaurants on the Boardwalk are getting gross. ESPN used to be ok for a burger or quick bite, but we went a few weeks ago and both got sick after eating there. The burgers were cold -almost frozen in the middle and had freezer burn. Also We ate at Spoodles for Valentines Day dinner and that was just not worth the price. We also haven't dared to eat at the brewerly lately either, the last time there was gross. The thing is, we LOVE the boardwalk. We go there all the time it would just be nice if the food there was a little better quality. Oh well, atleast the Bakery is there and you can get Mickey Cakes!

Columbia Harbor House. Ugh!!! Don't get the chili.

There are 2 that I probably wouldn't go back to:
1. Akershus in Norway - this food is just not my style. Really not into the fish and smoked cheeses. And when we were eating there, one of those huge bluish/green flies flew right into the white sauce that was on my fish. I kept trying to shoo him away, but he paddled around in the sauce for a while, until we finally left. I thought I was going to be ill, having to look at that sitting on our table!
2. Jiko - the food was very mediocre, the server gave me incorrect information (said that the sauce wasn't spicy, then when he delivered my entree said, "I made a mistake. It is spicy." He offered the choice of another entree to me, but my husband had been served, and I didn't want to wait another 20 minutes, so I just ate it.) The filet was FULL of bones; every bite had a bone in it. Ick...
And we probably wouldn't go back to 'Ohana, just b/c we're not really the meat on a stick, huge carnivores type. The food was fine, for what it was, but just not the kind of thing that I enjoy eating.
Cheers!
