Worried about ADR's and bad weather : (

Hi,
We are leaving from Philly on Friday at 11am but we are supposed to be having a significant snow storm at that time. We have ADR's at Ohana at 6:30pm and CRT at 9am the next morning. What happens to the money we put down on CRT if we can't get there due to weather? Do you think if we got in later on Friday night that Ohana might still be able to accomodate us. We are a family of 5.

Good luck with your weather situation!

I personally would cancel CRT, but that's me. Disney is usually pretty generous about refunding deposits when you're a no-show because of a major, regional weather event. I would surely cancel as soon as you know you're not going to make it in Friday night, and then ask for consideration of your request for a refund of the deposit. I'd bet on their willingness to grant it.

I agree with canceling CRT if you know you can't make it and explain why.

If you get in late and 'Ohana is still open you can tell them what hapened and "beg for mercy" and I am sure they will let you in.
