Worried about ADR choices

For some reason I am freaking out about my ADRs for my family's trip in August! Please tell me I'm just being paranoid, I want everyone to be pleased with the restaurants. I'm going with my parents and siblings so all the planning is on me.

Shutter's at CBR (we are staying at the resort and arriving pretty late, have no time to travel elsewhere)
Chef Mickey's (brother's birthday, he requested it so I couldn't say no)
Mama Melrose (F! package, lunch)
Cinderella's Royal Table
Coral Reef (request from Dad)
Cap'n' Jack's

They are all for dinner (except MM). My concern is that our ressie at CRT is at 4:20 and that's the only one I could get. We will be in MK all day, do you think that is too early to eat? Every other ressie (except MM) is around 6 or 7 pm, when we usually eat dinner. Please tell me I picked decent restaurants!

same here, i have a 4:20 ard for crt in sept and the park doesn't close till 1am. we'll probaly have a late qs dinner

I wouldn't worry about that early dinner at CRT. This way, you know you'll be done well before MSEP and Wishes. And if you get a little hungry later, oh darn, you'll just have to go the Main St Bakery and get a cinnamon roll or something!!!

No worries about the early CRT ... as others have said, if you get hungry, grab a snack. It is tradition for us to grab corn dog nuggets from Casey's to watch the night parade!

your choices seem fine to me too. as for the times we've found that if we eat at times different from our "normal" when we're at wdw it's really no big deal as long as we know that ahead of time. that way no one snacks right before a meal or they can snack if they get hungry waiting for a later meal kind of thing.
