I asked for proper tickets when I bought them from Thompsons, but I have been given a letter with the information on and it says to pick the tickets up at one of the parks. The agent told me that Disney are not issuing the proper tickets any more, is this true ?
Also MK is not mentioned as a place to pick them up, only the TTC
We are going on 3rd feb, help !!!!

You should be able to go to TTC or any guest relations. At Xmas I called at Guest relations at Downtown Disney, I always find this to be one of the quietest and easiest to go to. Handed over my voucher got ticket, took about 1 minute.

Dont panic!

I've done this a couple of times. MK doesnt have a ticket booth as such, it's at the TTC but as Wayne said you can also exchange them at guest relations, just be aware that whoever's name is on the voucher will need to provide PHOTO id

:yay:

I was told by TCD last year that I'd have to collect my ultimate at guest services, but the nice girl at Pop century added them onto my room at check in, if you're staying on-site, ask them to add them on.

Thank you so much for your replies I was just calming down when my DD announced she maybe splitting up with her boyfriend, so he may not be coming. What will happen with his ticket that I have paid for ?
If they were proper tickets, They had no start date did they so I could have used it on a future trip, but all I have is this sheet of paper with all 5 printed on. Any advice PLEASE

Ask Thompsons if they'll refund you, if they won't then you'll have to get the ticket anyway, unless its actually used it won't be linked to him so you have a chance of selling it on but theres no way any one can check if its a genuine ticket before they buy it from you so you probably won't get much for it!

You should not lose much by selling on Ebay. 2x 14 day Ultimate tikets sold recently for £296. They only cost around £150-£155 each from a broker. I know you will lose selling fees but still not a massive loss.
I have even seen tickets sell for more than retail:confused3
Hope they work things out though and you need the ticket.

Is it possible that I could use the ticket myself either in August or next easter.
I sold a camera on e bay a few months ago and found the whole thing very stressful. I pressed the wrong button on paypal and the buyers money was returned and I was charged £15, and the camera stayed at a low price until the last minute, nearly giving me a heart attack. I don't think I want to try that again.

Read the terms on the voucher or ring who you bought it off, it is usual that they expire 31st Dec.

I had to exchange my voucher for tickets and I did this at guest relations at MK which is just by the entrance, it only took me 2 mins. :goodvibes
