Inspired by several of the "help I need easy meal ideas" threads. This literaly takes about 1 minute to put together in the morning before heading to work, and maybe about 15 minutes of effort prior to serving (making side dishes to go with it).
1 roast, any kind (beef, pork) of any size that will fit in your crock pot.
1 packet dry Lipton Onion Soup.
1 can cream of Mushroom soup.
Place roast in crock pot. Pour dry soup over roast, then pour canned soup over that. Cook on low for 6 to 8 hours (less for smaller roasts). Makes it's own yummy gravy (best gravy I've ever had!), just strain the lumps out. Serve with veggies and either mashed potatos (I buy the pre-made refridgerated kind that you just heat and serve) or noodles.
