Hey everyone! I'm Valerie and I work for WorldWide Merchandise. My co-workers and I want to go for a weekend at Disney. I heard that Florida residents are getting good deals and discounts on admission as well as other things.

Is that true? ME thinks its time to call up my cousin in Florida =)

Disney does sometimes have special offers for Florida residents. Your cousin could go to the Disney site and click on Special Offers and then click on the Florida residents tab.

Right now, Disney has a couple of special offers out there for the general public as well. Have you looked at those yet?

Discounts and deals that are advertised for Florida Residents are generally ONLY for Florida Residents. You must have a valid Florida ID to use them and they do check. So unless an offer is for a FL resident and their guests then you would need to look at some of the other deals being offered.
