Hi there :wave2:

How do the passports work at Epcot World showcase, do they cost and are they worth it ?

Many thanks

:thumbsup2

When we went in Feb I think they were $20. My kids liked them because it was like a treasure hunt to find the person at each country. The lady in Japan wrote their names in Japanese and the guy in China drew a picture of Donald & Mickey. Hope this helps!

They were about $20 and are a very nice memory to have. Each person in each country will do something special for each "passport" holder. We had out names done in different languages and had a few drawings done too. We plan to do them again this year.

Wow, this is something I never heard of!!! Forget the kids wanting it... I want it!!! :lmao: :lmao: Where do you get them?

I think all the country pavillions have the passports available for sale, although most people buy them from Mexico and Canada since they are at the ends of World Showcase.

i look forward to my dd4 doing this we are going around christmas time so it will be interesting to see if they write christmas in their language

My 2 DD's had great fun this June doing these, very educational ;) , my eldest DD held everyone up in France whilst she held a conversation (in french!) with the lovely CM at the Kidcot station :lmao: . Keep's the children very busy whilst walking miles around Epcot :rotfl:

:thumbsup2

My kids did it last year for the first time, after I had heard about on the disboard. They had done the masks the last 2 times. It was different and something new for the kids to do. I feel it was worth the $20.00 to buy them and you also get stickers to put on each country and a big mickey button. I'm trying to find something new in March for them to do this time besides the mask and the passports. I like the idea of eating around the world:banana: My kids I think would like that too....:woohoo:

Would you buy them for each child or do they share them?
Not really sure how this works so interested in families experiences :goodvibes

Thanks for posting. We are planning on the WS in about a day or day and a half. The passport seems like a great way to keep track of all the countries you've seen. I also plan on adding a number in the order we visited to help keep track for my TP. :thumbsup2 I don't want to get them out of order. :rotfl:
