World Showcase during EMHs?

This might be a silly question but I can't seem to find the answer anywhere. Are the world showcase pavilions open during evening extra magic hours? I'm trying decide if I should count on having that time to explore the different countries or if I should just spend it in future world instead.

It may have changed since the last time I was in Epcot for evening EMH, but the Mexican boat ride, Maelstrom in Norway, and the O Canada film were open. France film was definitely closed. Not sure about film in China or American Adventure. As for the pavilions without any specific attractions, I suppose you can wander around the outside areas within them, but I don't know if the shops are open.

Thank you! I really want to do some shopping so I'll just plan on checking out the future world attractions that are open instead.
