I would like to try a "new" World Showcase restaurant this trip. We have 3 kids that will be DS 10, DD8, and DD6. We've dined at Biergarten and Teppanyaki with kids, and San Angel, one of the French one's (?), Rose and Crown and Le Cellier without kids. Any suggestions? I'd obviously like good food and decent atmosphere for kids. :) Considering Alfredo's and Marrakesh....any thoughts? Thanks!

I haven't dined at Alfredo's for years, but my family was not that impressed at the time. My DH and I loved Marrakesh when we ate there on our honeymoon...without kids then, of course. Marrakesh does have a children's menu that is pretty basic (I believe you can find it on allears.net) if your children don't enjoy spicy food. That would be my recommendation.

My 3 children (13, 5, and 3) LOVE Marrakesh. In fact, it was on the top of my 13 ds' "To Do" list for our trip in 2 weeks. Generally, we go during lunch but order a fairly heavy meal. The kids get lots of attention here. They also enjoy the entertainment.

I was suprised how well my kids did at Marrakesh, eating that is. We all had a great time with the belly dancer.

Thanks for the replies...Marrakesh sounds interesting, and it does seem to get good reviews. It certainly would be memorable I bet!

I must have hit a huge bad night at Marrakesh.
When a kid leaves Burger and Fries on the plate...Well you know.

Lemon Chicken was in some form or another on two of our plates. It wasn't even cooked and wasn't close. I thought sure I was going to be sick the next day after I bit into that. I guess that will teach me to try and make the kids laugh by playing Hagar the Horrible with a chicken leg quarter. The food was incredibly bland. It was meat and three quality if that. Oh the plus side the appetizers and deserts were great and the belly dancer fun. The lamb was cooked and there's no real way to make lamb bland. I loved the Crepes Atlas.
