It seems like WS in Epcot is geared to getting you to sit down and eat after about 7:30pm until the fireworks start. As far as I can tell, The British Invasion is the only entertainment at this time.

Do any of the films continue until 9pm? How about the American Adventure? Anything else?

a lot of the lighting doesn't really lend itself to live entertainment at later hours.

live entertainment is just one of the many facets of world showcase. attractions and dining are a couple of other, but there's still more to it.

all of the attractions continue to operate until park closing. as do many attractions in future world, namely soarin', test track, mission:space, spaceship earth and the entire seas pavilion

Thanks for the quick response. The night I'll be there, FW closes at 7pm. But it sounds like if I have an early dinner then I could still do American Adventure up until park closing afterwards and maybe one of the country films before getting a spot for the fireworks.

despite the calendar stating fw closes at 7, the attractions i mentioned above are *always* open until at least 9

the most active part of my day is definately between 230-830pm and its definately in the Canada & UK area!
I go back n forth btwn Off Kilter (Canada) and British Invasion (UK). Their sets are opposite one another, OK 30min sets, BI 20min sets - just enough time to get to one after the other
They do have their days off during the wk but one group is usually playing
Next Tues I'll be at BI and one wk from this afternoon I'll be dancing at Off Kilter

really? I wonder why it's stated with a close time of 7???? How odd.... :confused3

The logic behind the staggered hours is because World Showcase was dead until about 11:00 when the park opened at 9:00. So those hours were pushed back. At that time, there was no Soarin', Mission:Space or Test Track which are now high attended attractions. It made sense to "close" Future World at 7:00. With the addition of E-ticket attractions, the hours remain the same but more and more attractions are added to "late" hours of Future World.

Off Kilter's last set is at 7:30 and by that time, it's difficult to see the stage very well. And when the sun goes down earlier, it's even more difficult. And their sets are 30 minutes so they don't even get off the stage until 8:00, an hour before World Showcase closes.

I dont have a problem seeing Off Kilter! (well let me think - maybe by the end of the night I do - lol)
