We had planned to be at DL and DCA Oct. 24 and 25

Just realized that is right in the thick of World Series action.
How much of an impact do think it will have on crowds?

We're thinking we might want to postpone for now.

Hi
That's kind of a tough call at this point! The World Series games are scheduled to be in Anaheim on 10/19 & 10/20 (games 1 & 2) and 10/26 & 10/27 (games 6 & 7). So, if the series ends by game 4 or 5, they won't be playing here again. If it runs longer, you may see an increase in crowds, especially on that Friday.
The Angels WS qualifier was on Sunday and were at DCA . It was the most crowded I have seen it since the Passholder Preview, before it opened to the public, but I think that had a lot to do with the new "Bug" area for kids.
I think, in your position, I would be inclined to keep my plans the way they are. If crowds are heavy, take advantage of Fast Pass and enjoy!! The parks never have any really slow times anymore, as more and more So. CA schools are moving to year round schedules. Hope this helps

The World Series will have very little impact. Haunted Mansion Holiday and A Bug's Land are doing much more for the crowds. The locals may be staying home during the games.

We were there Fri-Mon and saw nothing of Twins fans, so I wouldn't expect any out-of-town SF fans either. Outside of the home team's season ticket holders, very few regular folks are able to get their hands on WS tickets so it won't draw many people from out of town. You might see some celebs dropping by though (we saw Randy Johnson on Sunday). Lots of happy people wearing red. Probably as happy as I've seen DL in years...

I wouldn't change my plans...whatever effect it has will only add to your visit.

Hey!!
Well, I just found out where I'll be if they do come back for game 6!!!! Behind home plate, Diamond Club baby!!!! And it's freeeeeeee!!!!! Woo Hoo!! Just had to share!
:D

The World Series has no impact on the crowds we noticed. We were there last Sunday and it was as busy as usual.

The only place that was worse than normal was the ESPN Zone.
