Sorry if this question has been asked a million times before......

Can someone explain to me who the exchange is done? Say, I want to exchange for the Four Season Scottsdale (AZ) resort some time in Feb or Mar 2004. Does it mean all it will cost me is 124 points if I want a 1 bedroom, or 207 for a 2 bedroom (plus $75 fee)? That sounds almost too simple to me.....

That's assume Feb / Mar is low season, which is unlikely. How do I find out what season it is for the resort? And how far ahead do I need to book? Is the cancellation policy the same as DVC home resort?

Anyone has experience with this resort by the way?

That is the simple part. Finding the week you want for the resort you want is the hard part and always will be if you plan to travel to top resorts at top times.
