World of Disney NYC - Fall 2010?

Hi there,

Just wondering if anyone knows if there is any construction in the old Virgin Store in Times Square. We are planning a Holiday trip to NYC and was curious if the new Disney Store would be open.

Anyone live in NY and seen any activity or signage for Disney?

I think it's going to be just a Disney Store, not as large as The World Of Disney store was on 5th Avenue and probably not selling park merchandise.

The old Virgin store looks like it's been subdivided as there is also a Forever 21 opening there as well.

The Disney Store is set to open in Fall 2010.

Thats too bad. I always stop at the World of Disney store in my travels to the City. I actually drove to the store and back in the same day last year (From Boston - 6 Hours RT).

The World of Disney provides that Disney fix you need when you are away from the parks!
