Hi all,

Does anyone know if the World of Disney shop, at the marketplace, Downtown Disney has a email address? I need to get intouch about some goods I bought a couple of months ago.

Hi - you can contact WDW re merchandise on the following link :-
Guest Services

where you can write an e-mail explaining the problem - there is a drop down menu where you can select "Message regarding WDW merchandise", select that option, and try to give as much info as possible - describe the problem/or ask your question and give them a description of the goods, a stock number if you have it (check your receipt) and price as well as the store you bought it from.

They will reply (provided you give them all your contact info requested on the form.
