Just wondering if I have to buy a picnic for my 15 month old for the preferred seating at woc? I did not think I would because she is free to get into Disney but wanted to double check before I order. Thank you, Nicole

FYI, only the WOC table service meals at WCT and AG offer "Preferred Viewing". Picnic meals offer "Reserved Viewing" which is not the same.

I hate to piggyback on your thread, and I don't know if this has already been discussed, but does it matter if an adult buys a child picnic meal? We have a 20 month old, so we don't need to buy her a picnic, but she has older siblings who will get the meal with the light up bracelet and she already is at the age where if older siblings have something, she wants it too. So, instead of buying me an adult meal (which honestly the choices don't appeal to me anyway) could I buy a child meal so she could have the light up bracelet.

I don't think it would be a problem because they are all priced the same, but just wondering if anyone has done this and it's been o.k.

We did this for that exact reason. I ordered a kids meal for my 2 year old instead of for DH so she could have the bracelet and same "lunch" as her big sisters. DH was happier with a corn dog anyways!

Thanks! I think I'll be having a bread bowl for myself then and give the kids meal to my 20 month old (might steal the cupcake though).

My boys and I did the picnic meal, and the viewing area was fantastic. We were in yellow, which seemed pretty close to dead center to me. They don't overpack the viewing areas, so we had no trouble getting a spot by the railing. I found it to be a terrific option.
