Only if you want extra food. Under 3 does not require a Show Ticket to view WoC.

the children's picnics do come with a light up WOC bracelet though, so that might be a nice souvenir for your little one

-- also, having the extra snacks on hand (it comes with fruit, crackers etc) might be nice to have if the little one gets hungry later on
