World of color dessert party question

What are the advantages or disadvantages to doing the last show of the WOC dessert party? We are a party of adults only and two of us have never seen it.

You can queue up with the first show, grab your wrist bands and table allocation and then you don’t need to come back until the shows about to start. Also there are less children at this show.

How much time do you need to allocate for them to serve you before the show starts? They don't serve while the show is going on, right?

Ours took a long time (20 minutes maybe) but it seemed everyone else had their orders quickly. I’m not sure what our servers problem was.
