I have been out of the loop.

What exactly is the World of Color supposed to be? I remember seeing signs around DCA during our last vacation. But I have no idea what it is....

It's a water show in DCA with scenes from Disney movies projected on the water using lasers choreographed to the music. It's going to be great.......and SOOOOOO crowded!
