World Cup Tickets

I was just looking at the prices for tickets to the world cup and I found out that England Vs Sweden on June 20th originally cost either 21 Euros or 36 Euros for a catagory 4 ticket depending on your view. That is the price stated on the FIFA website.

I then went over to one of these "re-sale" type websites. They are selling these tickets for... wait for it.....


$1750!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Sadly I bet there are people willing to pay that much just to get their hands on one. It's a scandal!!!

my brother is a member of the england supporters club and still cant get tickets , he has to have attended more matches or something

cant wait for the country to get behind the time again

It's madness considering all the security information that you now have to hand over when purchasing tickets in the first place

Anyone buying a second hand ticket could weel find themselves being unable to use it if their ID does not match the details on the ticket.

Its the same with events like glastonbury too, i know that lots of people purchased re sale tickets or tickets off ebay and couldnt get it! i would be really really upset if i spent all that money and got refused!
