I was wondering if anyone had a worksheet already prepared that computes loan value, interest, payments made etc. so that I can easily keep track of our actual balance due at home rather than having to call DVC Accounting. I can set one up myself but am not looking forward to taking the time to do so. I am being plain lazy!!
So I was wondering if anyone has done this and is willing to share.
Thanks for humoring me!!

Hi! I have a great amortization program at the office and would be happy to fax a print out to you if you will e-mail the pertinent data. I would need to know, the original loan (not the original sales price, but the original loan), the date of closing, the interest rate, date of month payment is due, date and amount of first payment, monthly payment amount and term of loan (how many months or years). This print out will give you the information that DVCDAVE talks about re: amortization schedule.
But when things slow down again I will come back to this topic. Thanks everyone!!
