....Does anybody know of a Disney blog or "privately owned website dedicated to Disney travel planning", that respects the first amendment? Please reply.
You might want to review the first amendment? It does not give you the right to say whatever you want, whenever you want, and wherever you want.
Most cited example is you do not have the freedom to just yell 'FIRE' in a crowded theater.
But often missed, is you do not have a right to demand to be able to say anything you want on some other media. You cannot go to a newspaper and demand they print something of yours. You cannot go to a radio/TV station and demand to speak. These are private organizations that have a right to decide what or what not to use.
While internet forums are open to the public, they are still privately owned, and the owners have the right, and duty, to set the requirements for the users of that board. Boards have posting rules and requirements, as set by the board's owners.
Are you thinking is someone posts sexual inuendo, graphic, 4-letter words, racist remarks, and so on, that they should be allowed to do so because of the 'first amendment'.
Do I have the right to paint a slogan on the outside of your house stating the 'first amendment'. Obviously no.
Trying to use 'first amendment' as an OK to violate board posting rules just doesn't fly.
