I have to pop out of Magic Kingdom tomorrow for an hour-long work Zoom. I will have my laptop with me. Who has recommendations for a specific location inside Grand Floridian, Polynesian, or Wilderness Lodge that is comfy and on the quiet side to do some work and maintain some semblance of professionalism?

There are 'business centers' at some of the Disney resorts. You can check the official Disney website for locations/operating hours and perhaps contact them to see what is available and/or if there is any charge for using those facilities.

Main floor of the DVC Boulder Ridge Building at Wilderness Lodge has a number of quiet spaces and does not get a lot of traffic.

The second floor at the Contemporary is the conference center and always seems to be very empty when I'm there. It seems like a great location for a call, but I'm not sure if it's impacted by the current construction.

The temporary check in desk is currently there now though.

I was attending a special event this past Thursday & Friday at the Contemporary (The DIS/GKTW event) and there is lots of space on the second floor that would not be impacted by the front desk or CG check in desks on that floor. I'd head there.

Not sure how the WiFi here is, but it is always quiet. Plus, it would make an excellent backdrop. :earboy2:

@ZumaTree there are quite areas on the 3rd and 4th floors of the WL above the front entrance to the main lobby entrance. You can reach the WL by bus or boat from the MK.

I would also vote for CR 2nd floor. It's huge with tons of unused space and comfy couches. WL is nice as well but has a lot of echos since both lobbies (WL and BVR) are open to multiple floors.

Whatever you do be sure to allow yourself time to test the wifi, and to have plan B in case you need to change locations.
