Did you maybe miss a memo/announcement?

If I did then the whole company missed it, because everyone is walking around complaining about this all morning. If they are going to change the policy then I would expect a heads up, but I don't think this is the case here. And I am quite aware that they can do whatever they want with policies, I've seen many things change over the last 8 years. But when you start messing with people's money, that's when we get :furious:
