Anyone ever try these? Have a site you like? I am too shy for the gym 
. I have been using FitTV but we recently moved and our DirecTV is not getting a signal, so it looks like we will have to cancel the service. Our local cable company doesn't carry FitTV so I'm panicking!!! I would like to use a free workout site or one that has a minimal charge, as long as it is good. I'm not an expert but I've become addicted to a half hour show each morning, whether it be yoga or Total Body Sculpt. A dvd won't work, as I'm used to a different routine every day. I did a google search and found a few sites, but I'm leery of sites with viruses, or sites that make you register and then suddenly you get a boatload of spam If anyone has any experience to share, I'd appreciate it, thx!
