Work from Home Customer Service

I'm trying to find a thread from a few weeks ago that described a work from home opportunity. I don't remember a lot about it: there was a link to a website that described the start up process: you need to have a good computer with high speed internet; a non cell phone line, and you had to become incorporated or perhaps an LLC. After you were setup, you could search for and apply for customer service work. I seem to recall one job was for a car rental company.
