It's bad enough that people abuse animals, but for a pet groomer ( who presumably does her job because she at least likes animals) to do this is dreadful. I've seen a girl who's ear was ripped when her earring got caught during sport so to do this to a kitten which would likely be involved in rough and tumble and venturing into confined spaces etc is mind boggling!
