LOL, I am so confused by this game!!

OMG! After having no clue what I was doing it and trying it for the first time and still being confused, I gave it another try today and I got it in 3!!!
I was not understanding that I had all these chances to get ONE word! I thought each time I failed, it was a different word! I was wondering how the heck everyone was able to guess the word out of the entire English language with no hints! LOL
