I’ve been struggling with some words lately- yesterday took me all six tries. Better today.

Usually get it in 3 or 4 - since I started playing about a week ago, finally figured out that you can have a double letter in there so one word recently was a bit tough. Then when I get down to row 4 or 5 - there was been a few times where I had a choice of the answer being two words - so got it in the 6th try. Yesterday - was the first time I did not get it - I should start changing my first word.......

My usual 4 tries today. I'm very consistent.

Read an article today about an 80 year old woman whose house was broken into and she was being held hostage. Her daughter who lived far away became concerned about her when she didn't text her wordle score for the day. There were some other red flags, but that one made me smile.

I got today’s and yesterday’s in four. However I just checked it and it’s now run by New York Times and I’ve lost my history! Darn, was hoping that would stay.

I am having a run of bad luck. I just can't seem to get them for the past week. Yesterday I got it on the last try. Today I am stuck, again.

I offered my adult children a prize of $20 if they get it in two tries. My son texted me screenshots showing it solved in two. I was ready to write the check when he reminded me that he is a computer coder and knows how to crack code. My reply was that he is a CHEAT.

I have once got it in 2 fair and square, but it involved a lucky guess on the start word.
