Woot! Im coming back! (see post#28)

today i had a friend over and she was going to make an account. so she signed up and logged in and it said that the IP adress is currently banned. i was shocked so i tried logging into snowyjinglebells and at the same spot it said that the IP adress was banned. I pulled up the contact us and did the whole i think im banned and it said that i am banned because i had entered codes too quickly.
A. i just got back from disneyland and got a couple of things for myself.
B. I had played the narnia game a long time ago (
when it first came out) and had won a few codes but never used them so i wrote them down, then i lost them, then last month i found them and entered them in when i entered the codes from disneyland. Now i am banned because they think i am using scripting programs

If you think of something i should do please tell me, bc i dont think it is a fair ban (i have been to 1 code generator site before but that was because i was going to report it, not use it.)

hmm, this happened to a friend of mine. Send an email to contact us on VMK home page. Seems this is happening way too often. Sorry I hope you have better luck than my friend MizBubble. She got a lifetime ban, and didn't do anything! Good luck to you!

I am sorry to hear that....this stinks.....

You should sent them a message through contact us, but also call them and request a return phone call. If VMK Shorty receives your email, it will never be read, but instead just responded to with some blanket response. Sounds like you need somebody to understand the situation and take action...that is why I would make the phone call. Politely request a phone call back when you leave a message. Also, without getting to lengthy, I would explain your situation and why you are requesting a return call. Leave your email ID as well as character name on the vmail.

Hi! Sorry to hear about the ban. If you enter more than 30 codes or so, it triggers the vmk computer to autoban. Definitely email vmk and call. Ask them to review your ban, explain what actually happened and someone should get back to you within a few days. HTH and Good luck! Remember, bans do get reversed.

no, it does not. I can say this from experience because if this was the case, I would be banned every single day. I bet $5 the ban was from using perfectly valid Narnia Teleporter codes. If you entered more than 3 Narnia Teleporter codes in one sitting,m then thats it.

Hey,
I've never met you, but Bubbles did the same thing (entering some codes-holiday ones I think, but others as well) and she is banned for life and they won't reverse it.

Good luck, your going to need it. I've seen several people in the last month or so get banned for this, and because of it I've only entered 2 codes, which were for rooms I bought. I don't play any games that give codes anymore! I have lists of codes from games I played, but I refuse to enter them or allow my kids to either.

Snow! I am so sorry!

I honestly don't know what has gotten into VMK recently! I keep seeing many random bannings for using outside programs, most of which never happened. Try calling them, sending in emails, everything you can do. I hope to see you back soon!
