Well, I have to say, after never getting any AP Newsletters, we're making some progress.

First, I realized that despite filling out our address correctly on the forms, and calling the AP dept to make sure they had our address correct, the AP website, for whatever reason, had us living in the UK. Now, I'm sure living in the UK would be pretty cool, but once I changed it to the USA instead of the UK, oddly enough, the AP Newsletters started to come regularly.

Now, if only I could get them to come on time! Just yesterday, I received notice of what the AP events were for Fat Tuesday, which if memory serves, was more than a week ago. :lmao:

I would love it if the AP office would just send emails to me, saying, "Hey Jodie, we're glad you're a passholder! Our latest AP newsletter is ready here. Click on the link and sign in to view it!"

My last birthday trip to Universal was in May 2007. The newsletter was for April, May, and June. When did we get our newsletter? Around May 10, after we had already gotten home from our trip.

I think it's a really neat idea to have newsletters and an AP site, but what's the point if they're rarely on time or up-to-date?

Jodie...I don't remember when I received the last newsletter from Universal...or Disney for that matter.

I haven't gotten a Universal one in a LONG time

Just last week I got my Disney newsletter though

I was setup as living in the UK also, I changed it awhile back and have still never received anything from them. Also after you logon as an AP holder on the Universal website if you click on the Newsletter section it still lists the winter newsletter as the latest. You think they would have updated that by now to show Mardi Gras info.

And it probably has me living in Ontario, California.
 i had never heard of Ontario, CA; until I was trying to find a cheap fare out to LA on SWA...thought it was a typo

I am a relatively new AP holder. I tried to log in but nothing happens. Is the "passholder id" my name? The pin is easy because it says pin # on the card, but the id, well I just guessed. Help, please!

Your ID is the long number underneath the barcode on your pass (although there are two sets of numbers underneath the barcode just put the first set of numbers, should be 19 numbers long). Your pin# is above the barcode and says pin# before it.

I got my first newsletter in a LONG time a couple of weeks ago. Maybe it's because I upgraded my AP to a Premier? :confused3

i have always gotten ours...but late....got Christmas' AFTER the new year :confused3

Thanks! The pin was easy, since it says pin #, but the ID was a bit of a mystery...

Hey! Speaking of....guess what I got in the mail today? :teeth: Mardi Gras.....:rolleyes1

Finally received an email for the first time, still haven't received anything in the mail though. It is still cool to finally get something after 6 months.

Yeah...I got the winter one too. Still nothing about an AP preview for the Simpsons though.
