Well, after all the talk, I decided to try it out. I've been leary of excersizing, wanted to lose more weight before I started that phase, but I did it anyway. I just did the mile!!! I am really out of shape and after just about 5 minutes I was already burning and didn't think I could make it. But I did!!! I have decided that I will get up at 6 am every morn and do it, and maybe about 3 times a week, go for it again later in the day. My body may be a little sore, but boy does it make me feel good just to know that I completed it, and can do it again!!
