WooHoo, made my ADR's what do you think??

This will be a celebration for my mom's 70th birthday, SHHH It's a suprise for her. We are going in January. This is our 1st mother daughter trip and the 1st time she will ever stay at one of the resorts.. With that said, she is not a adventureous eater. So I took that into consideration, I chose place's that I thought she would like. My parents live in florida about 45 mins away, so we will be checking in early and heading to the parks. So let me know what you think and how I did, also we will be on DDXDP. Have some blanks please help me fill in>

Check in Day 1 -
Lunch - 11:30am - Sci-Fi Dine-in
Dinner - 8:00pm - Coral Reef

Day 2
Breakfast -8:00- Crystal Palace
Lunch - Cosmic Rays - We always ate here when I was a kid. So more for the memories
Dinner - 7:30 - Tutto

Day 3
Breakfast - 8:10 - Chef Mickeys
Lunch ? suggestions
Dinner -6:05 Tony's - which I am super worried about....really bad review lately, Should I switch to LTT?

Day 4 - (This might be our check out day)
Breakfast - 10:00 - Kona if we check out if not - ???
Lunch -
Dinner - Chef's of France

Day 5 - Check out day - (as planned)
Breakfast - GF Cafe
Lunch - late - Raglan Road.

I have not made ARD's for the one's listed without times, but I am thinking I should go ahead and make them and cancel if we don't make day 5??
So how did I do..

Maybe The Plaza for lunch on Day 5? And if you are worried about Tony's, maybe switch it to The Crystal Palace?
