WOOHOO Just made the final Mortgage Payment!

It was no easy ordeal. The people at the Mortgage Co. seemed rather confused when I called them. They gave me some really bad financial advice--as far as my own bottom line was concerned--just wait for a payoff statement don't make this month's payment and pay the late charge...well, let's see, um NOPE! So long story short, I paid my 30 year mortgage off in 13 years and I am so happy right now I could bust!
