Just click on the "Deck Plans" link at the top of this board to see. You are between the forward and Mid elevelators.

Have fun!

I found it. We had a 6 gty, and that's what we got. It's more towards the front of the ship, but, it looks good!

Saw all the excitement and checked my reservation...no room yet! Maybe that is good. I'm still happy with Gty 9 since we've never had a window before!

We had that cabin for the May Panama cruise (and three other cruises ..and future one booked )..feel free to ask anything,,we are the pros for that cabin..enjoy !!

I cannot believe that someone on here had that cabin when there are sooooo many cabins! I guess it must be good if you keep going back to it! I basically want to know if you liked the location? I see it's close to kids club which is great! I will hear anything you have to tell me!!!!!!!! TIA

We're booked in gty 10 as that was all we could get at the time. Personally, I feel a 10 is a waste. There are only 2 of us, and most of the time, I shower in the locker room after working out.

However....at the time, this was all that was available. I'm still hoping for a 9. I would have booked an 11 or 12 for the cost savings had one been available. However, changing now doesn't give me any savings.

DCL is still listing 9, 10, 11 as available--last week, they had 8s for a day or so. I'll just keep hoping. 9 or favorite server or both????

We had that stateroom for the 10 day 2004 Christmas cruise! It's good, a good location close to the forward elevators, which was good for us because it's so close to the adult pool, Signals bar, & Vista Spa. I decorated it all up with Christmas decorations!

Congratulations!! We are still a guarentee for the repo cruise. When did you make your reservation. I'm just wondering if there is a rationale to who gets their assignments first. (like maybe the first onces to book are firstto get assiagnments)

Also got my cat 4 room assigned today. Has anyone been in room 8508? Any scoop on the room? Hopefully this means that we will be getting our documents soon. I wonder if they send the documents out to other countries first because of the time it takes? I think I'll go shopping and buy more stuff for the cruise to celebrate the room being assigned ;)

Thanks
Martina

Oh my gosh. We just got our room assignment and it in the noisy part of deck 2, room 2000. I quickly wrote my TA in hopes that it can be switched. Does anyone even know that is possible if you were on a gty status?

We booked onboard on January 12th, 2005. I paid in full right at 90 days I think. (whatever the CC online ressie date is). I have been checking everyday, and today was THE day! Looks like lots of others got their's too. Just think, in about 2 weeks our docs will go out..... then we will be packing.... the we will be THERE!

We were assigned a handicap room even though we don't require one. I called Disney to see what the difference was in the size etc. I asked if it would be possible to switch if we didn't want it and was told no on gty rooms. In our case if a handicapped person booked late we would be bumped but only in that case. I think we will be fine in it though. I doesn't have a couch (one chair) but has some advantages such as a big shower and bathroom. This is a cat 8 handicap room at the very front of the ship. Disney Cust Service was very nice on the phone - even called the ship to find out the answer to my question about the chair.

What you waiting for:confused: We packed last weekend::yes:: Oh yea, we also unpacked  . We wanted to know how many suitcases we needed and if we needed to buy more (we don't but we are going to buy another LARGE suitcase so we will have one less bag to deal with)

Don't know about this but what I do know is that Victoria is one of my favorite cities to visit. We've been up there several times for vacation and have always loved it. Never made it north of Buchart Gardens though!

We got our cabin assignment today too!! It is cabin 8076. Anyone ever stay there?

How funny! I thought that cabin # sounded too familiar. I just checked.... we were 7086 in January. I thought that was gonna be just too strange! Close, but, no cigar!
